Welcome to Shopfoora. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shopfoora.com (the “Site”) and any purchases of products offered by Shopfoora (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You may create an account to place orders and manage your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We sell bags, accessories, and related goods. Product descriptions, images, colors, and measurements are provided for convenience and may vary slightly from the finished item. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds information on the Site. Items must typically be unused, in original condition, and returned within the stated timeframe. Certain items may be final sale.
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design—is owned by Shopfoora or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with Site operations, scraping content in bulk, posting unlawful content, or using the Site for fraudulent purchases.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOPFOORA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold Shopfoora harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, you agree that disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You may also have rights under consumer protection laws in your state of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
